Are you getting intermittent behaviour when you press a button, functions not operating until the egg gets a thump? Does your pump freeze upon power on? Are you getting a 6CF error no matter what socket you plug into? It is likely your logic controller has failed.
Please compare the photo closely with your existing controller, there are many variations not all are compatible.
