Shipping

Policy

We aim to process all orders within 1 business day; this does not include weekends and public holidays.

Please ensure that correct shipping address details, contact phone number and email address are provided at checkout, we are unable to make amendments once an order has been processed and dispatched.

 

Shipping to all UK mainland addresses is included within the purchase price.  However for larger items an additional postage surcharge may be applied for addresses in the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

 

For shipping outside of the UK, please be aware that you are fully responsible for your countries customs duties and taxes.  If you decline to pay these fees your item will be considered abandoned and you will not receive a refund for you purchase.

Refund & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we ask that you inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt.  We will issue a Material Return Authorisation Number (MRAN) and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods (30 days if outside of the UK). Simply return the item to us in its original condition including any product packaging.  Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any documentation enclosed. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited within 2 weeks.

 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides tracking and insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Warranty

Our product warranty is supplied for domestic use and does not apply for commercial applications.

 

The warranty periods apply from the date of purchase of the product and any claim under this warranty must be made within 12 calendar months of this date.  This period is reduced to two calendar months for items sold as refurbished.  Product will need to be returned to the nearest service location, at customers cost, for assessment and repair.  To obtain warranty service, the original proof of purchase will be required. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and excludes where a defect is caused by lack of maintenance, misuse, poor storage or unauthorised repair.  This warranty is provided in addition to other consumer rights and does not replace them. To obtain service under the warranty, please contact us directly.
