If your pump is sounding like a washing machine full of gravel or has the dreaded silence before the cries of an E02 error. It is most probable that your filter pump impeller has failed, they sadly don’t last forever! As long as you are confident with a screwdriver, they are relatively straightforward to replace and the service pack contains all the parts you will need.
Our AirJet Pump descaling solution acts as a versatile aid, functioning as a miniature hot tub for pump descaling and testing purposes. This feature allows you to diagnose and resolve issues, including leaks, worn-out components, and error codes. Additionally, it serves as a remedy for preventing FreezeGuard related initialization problems, which may trigger an E02 or E03 error when inflating your spa during colder weather.
Regular descaling of your pump will help improve water flow by eliminating calcium deposits from critical components such as the heater, circulation pump, and flow sensor.
Our Service Pack Two (SP02) includes three descaling tablets and a replacement set of external gaskets as these often perish through contact with chlorine. In addition you will receive all the parts you will need to fully service your #58113 or P4071 filter pump.

We allow our customers a period of 14 days, from the date of delivery, to cancel an order without reason. To do so, you must contact us via email (hello@thespaworks.co.uk) or telephone (+44 23 8000 6000) for us to issue a RMA number and return details. Goods must be unused and returned within 30 days of the RMA being issued.
You are responsible for all return costs and original shipping charges, the goods will remain your responsibility until received by us. Once we receive your returned order, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 3 working days. The refund will be made to your original method of payment.
We take pride in the standard of our parts and offer a 60 day warranty on all that we supply. Should you encounter a problem, we ask that you contact us via email (hello@thespaworks.co.uk) or telephone (+44 23 8000 6000). We will then provide assistance to diagnosing the cause of the problem and offer a solution. If our supplied parts are found to be faulty we shall, at our discretion, either provide replacement or return. If it is found that the incorrect parts have been purchased, our returns policy will apply.
Free Shipping within the UK is provided by Royal Mail 48. If you require an expedited service, an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at checkout. Shipping outside of the UK is provided by Royal Mail International Tracked, please be aware that all import costs remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. All orders are processed and despatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
