We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from The Spa Workshop but, if you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days. You’ll just need the order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund. We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size or made to measure. Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly will not be refunded unless faulty.
If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

Shipping to UK mainland addresses is included; however, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland.  Please message before making a purchase for an accurate quote).  We welcome collection in person and will happily set it up so you can see everything working.
